Metropark’s Silver Shield is for critical businesses and organizations who consider up-time and limiting issues a must. The Gold Shield is very similar to the Silver Shield, but our team of engineers are assisted by a RITA, Remote IT Assistant. Having a full time appliance on site performing many duties working in tandem with Metropark engineers, makes your critical components that much more stable.

$225/hr with one hour minimum.
