What is the difference between AT&T EPTT Standard and AT&T EPTT Advanced?
EPTT Advanced builds on our EPTT solution with added features that are based on 3GPP Mission Critical Push-to-Talk standards. These features include emergency calling and alerting, remote user monitoring, and the enablement of LMR interoperability.

What are the benefits of LMR Interoperability with EPTT?
Companies can augment their existing two-way radio system by linking broadband talkgroups to LMR talkgroups. This is an economical way to extend existing LMR coverage, reserve or expand capacity and allow more workers to use push-to-talk.

Do I need a voice and data plan with AT&T Enhanced Push-to-Talk?
No. AT&T offers an EPTT only service option (no Cellular calls and no Data browsing) on select devices.

Do my employees need to carry a special or unique device for EPTT?
No. AT&T offers an Enhanced Push-to-Talk offers an EPTT app that can be downloaded on most smartphones. EPTT can also be activated on select devices that don’t require a voice or data plan.
