Job Title: Sales Representative

Metropark Communications is a technology and managed services provider. We believe communications have become too costly and too confusing. With technology changing at a rapid pace, we help customers focus on their core business by outsourcing a variety of offerings such as Voice, Data, Hosted Cloud Services, Internet Bandwidth and Redundancy, Mobility and more.

Position:

  • Individual will prospect for, identify, contact, and set weekly appointments with potential clients.
  • Experience in self- generating leads and closing business.
  • Must be able to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Work with large existing customer base.
  • Maintain up to date awareness of new technology and products.
  • Must be able to drive growth with new and existing customers.
  • Propose the correct solutions based on customer needs.
  • Participate in training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledge.
  • Work in a team environment to support the success of all members

Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls and meeting new people. Must be able to negotiate and close business. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Must obtain the ability to give effective presentations and speak in front of key decision makers. Background in technology preferred. Obtain a professional image in personal appearance and preparation. Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Two year experience in outside sales or business to business sales preferred.
