Job Title: Telephony Sales Executive

We help customers focus on their core business by outsourcing a variety of offerings such as Voice, Data, Hosted Cloud Services, Internet Bandwidth and Redundancy, Mobility- and much more.

Sales Professionals are responsible for selling technical solutions- cloud/hosted, on premise, managed services and mobility equipment and services. Professional knowledge and understanding of VoIP and Hosted Cloud services, providing technology solutions to small- medium size business clients. Accountable for bringing in new business and meeting and exceeding sales goals.


  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas (Gross Profit) by developing new leads and closing sales opportunities.
  • Schedule 5 new appointments each week via phone, door to door or networking.
  • Complete agreed upon sales activity including daily calls and leads into our ERP data base.
  • Apply consultative sales approach to grow the customer base and drive higher revenues, customer growth and customer retention.
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose solutions that drive value for the customer and Metropark.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate strong, up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered through Metropark.
  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Stay current on competition offerings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Experience in selling on premise, cloud or managed technology services
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targeting business markets
  • Must be able to negotiate and close business with business owners and decision makers
  • Ability to follow up promptly on product proposals and quotations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including focus and passion for selling services of value
  • Ability to organize and manage time effectively- multitask and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Experience will managing longer sales cycles and driving in multiple opportunities
  • Three year experience selling in outside sales and business to business environment – background in technology preferred
  • Computer literate with a level of proficiency in all Microsoft applications
