Local Number Port – We Handle Everything
Keep your existing phone number(s) and we’ll move them to your new Metropark Voice Exchange service. We just ask you to fill out a form and send us a copy of your latest invoice…we’ll do the rest!
Direct Inward Dial (DID)
Metropark Voice Exchange also offers your business the option of having unique Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers. You can do this for each user, just specific users, or you can have one published number that your customers call where you provide a unique phone extension for each of your users and departments. Metropark Voice Exchange also enables you to control the number that your customers see when you call (‘caller ID’).

“Unlimited” calling is consistent with use by a small to medium sized business, which will include, without limitation: (i) no more than 3,000 combined inbound and outbound minutes per SIP trunk (excluding international or toll free calling); (ii) a maximum of 15 DIDs per SIP trunk; and (iii) a registered valid 911 address.
